I. Terms and Conditions of the Cozey Handmade Website
This document primarily defines the rules under which contracts with Cozey Handmade are concluded, including important information about the Seller, the Website, and the rights of Consumers.

1. DEFINITIONS
Business days – Monday through Friday, excluding statutory public holidays in Poland.
Consumer – A Buyer who is a natural person purchasing on the Website or taking actions aimed at making a purchase, without a direct connection to their business or professional activity.
Buyer – Any entity purchasing on the Website or taking actions aimed at making a purchase.
Privileged Buyer – A Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
Privileged Entrepreneur – A Buyer who is a natural person concluding or intending to conclude a contract with the Seller based on these Terms, directly related to their business activity, but not professional in nature.
Terms and Conditions – These Terms and Conditions.
Website – The Cozey Handmade website operated by the Seller at cozeyhandmade.pl.
Seller – Marta Herda, conducting an unregistered business at ul. Krakowska 35/30, 38-400 Krosno, Poland.
Digital content – Data produced and supplied in digital form.
Consumer Rights Act – Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
Provisions of the Terms regarding products apply to both movable goods (products) and Digital content.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To properly use the Website, the Buyer requires:

A device with Internet access

A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
To place an order on the Website, in addition to the above requirements, an active email account is required.
4. ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

The Buyer expresses the intention to conclude a contract by sending an email to: shop@cozeyhandmade.pl

The Website will respond within 2 business days, informing the Buyer about product availability and price.

If the Buyer wishes to purchase the product, the Website will send an email containing:

Order summary
-
Price of the selected product, including shipping options and costs
-
Estimated order fulfillment time (counted from the day the payment is received)
-
The Buyer must read and confirm acceptance of the Website Terms and Privacy Policy in response to the Seller’s email.

The order is placed by the Buyer sending a confirmation email accepting the terms of the order.

Failure to respond within 2 business days results in order cancellation.

After placing the order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation email.

A contract is concluded upon the Buyer receiving the order confirmation email.

The Seller will begin order fulfillment after receiving payment and confirmation of acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
5. PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via the Autopay online payment gateway.
The Buyer is obliged to pay the agreed amount within the specified time.
6. ORDER FULFILLMENT

Standard order fulfillment time is 7 business days.

Products are delivered within the EU, the UK, and the USA.

Delivery methods include:

InPost courier

InPost parcel lockers

Orlen Paczka parcel machines

Electronically via email for digital content

Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and defined during the ordering process.
The Buyer must check the product and packaging upon delivery and report any damages to the Seller.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect Buyer-provided information.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Privileged Buyers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to §8.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:

The Buyer receives the goods, or a third party other than the carrier receives them.

The last item is received in case of multiple-item deliveries.
-
The contract is concluded for digital content delivery.
The Buyer must notify the Seller via postal or email about withdrawal. A template withdrawal form is provided but not obligatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
The Seller will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding extra delivery costs for a non-standard method), within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The Buyer bears direct return costs and is responsible only for diminished product value from improper use.
Returned goods should be sent to: ul. Krakowska 35/30, 38-400 Krosno.
8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer cannot withdraw in the case of:

Customized goods

Perishable products
-
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened

Goods inseparably mixed with other items

Audio/visual recordings or software in sealed packaging if opened

Delivery of periodicals (except subscriptions)

Price depending on financial market fluctuations beyond Seller’s control

Digital content after performance has begun with Buyer’s consent
9. COMPLAINTS
The Seller is liable for compliance with the contract according to Polish law.
Complaints can be submitted via the contact information in §2.
The Seller responds within 14 days.
Privileged Buyers – Goods:

Non-conforming goods can be repaired, replaced, price reduced, or contract rescinded.

Goods for repair/replacement are collected at the Seller’s expense.
Privileged Buyers – Digital content:
-
If digital content is not delivered or is non-compliant, the Buyer may demand delivery or correction.

Rights include price reduction or withdrawal if compliance cannot be achieved.

10. PERSONAL DATA
The Seller is the data controller. Data is collected for order fulfillment and processed according to GDPR.
The Buyer has rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, or object to processing.
For complaints, contact the Data Protection Authority in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
11. DISCLAIMERS

Illegal content submission is prohibited.

Each order constitutes a separate contract.

Polish law applies to all contracts.

Contracts with non-privileged Buyers are subject to local jurisdiction of the Seller’s seat.
