You can find the estimated preparation time for each product on its page. We start processing your order as soon as payment is received. For bank transfers, processing time may be slightly longer until payment is confirmed.

Once your order is ready, it will be packed and handed over to the courier. Delivery usually takes up to 2 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. For InPost Parcel Locker® deliveries, your package will be available at the selected locker within a few (usually up to 2) business days after dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
